Our roots are in the energy and industrial sectors, where we built and ran companies in oilfield waste disposal, industrial water, aggregates, equipment supply and precision manufacturing. That hands-on experience shapes how we approach every deal today, whether it's a casino acquisition, an assisted living development, an agricultural infrastructure program or a business looking to grow.
We are based in Las Vegas, Nevada, with operations in Watford City, North Dakota, and we work on opportunities across the United States.
